What is your return policy?
We accept returns up to 7 days after your purchase for a full refund through your original payment option. Within the 7 days you are also qualified for exchange. Please have a valid receipt for returns and exchanges. Feel free to get in touch with us if you need any assistance. Happy shopping!
Do you do alterations?
Bija Couture Alterations put customer first. Get your garment fitted to the perfect size that you prefer.
Pricing is determined one-on-one (in-person) based on how many clothes that need to be altered.
Can you make any style that I want?
Definitely. At Bija Couture we put customer first. Any preferred style can be made. We advise you to book an appointment earlier.
